Real Estate on Long Beach Island is unique and this specialty market is now well served by Theresa Kaszas-Jensen.

 

Theresa joined Century 21 Mary Allen Realty in Ship Bottom, and her background speaks to the uniqueness of the Island in many ways.  Theresa and her family owned and operated one of Long Beach Island’s landmark establishments, Wida’s Hotel and Restaurant in Brant Beach for over 75 years.

 

Theresa worked in almost all levels of the business.  This involvement with Wida’s gave her a solid grasp of the Island.  She now takes that professionalism and expertise to Century 21 Mary Allen Realty in Ship Bottom.

 

Theresa was born and raised on Long Beach Island, and she now resides in the Deer Lake Park section of Manahawkin with her husband Dave, a local builder, and her two children, Nikki and David.
