Steve and Theresa were great! We can't thank them enough for their patience and dedication in finding us our LBI get away. Our search started somewhat like groping. We knew how much money we had, but no idea how far it would go in obtaining our LBI dream home. Steve and Theresa both took us to look at home after home...single family homes, condos, 'fixer uppers', etc. The whole process took more than a year, but Steve and Theresa understood that those properties just weren't right for us. Finally we found it, a nice, roomy, condo 200 feet from the beach, well maintained on a large lot with lots of parking. From there they helped us with the price negotiation, the contract and purchase. We closed late in the season so we didn't have much hope in renting some of our unused weeks, but they even helped us to get some weekly tenants for the remainder of 2008 rental season; which was a help in recovering some of those closing expenses!
